Email Pilot Terms of Service
Last updated: July 8, 2026
These Terms of Service govern use of Email Pilot, a workspace for controlled Gmail and Google Workspace outreach.
Acceptable use
Users must use Email Pilot only for lawful, permission-based outreach. The service may not be used for spam, phishing, deceptive content, malware, credential collection, harassment, or any activity that violates Google API policies, Gmail policies, or applicable law.
User responsibility
- Users are responsible for campaign content and recipient lists.
- Users must have a lawful basis to contact recipients.
- Users must honor opt-out, suppression, and compliance requirements.
- Users must keep their connected Google accounts secure.
Google and Gmail access
Email Pilot uses Google OAuth to connect user-approved Gmail or Google Workspace mailboxes. The first release uses gmail.send only for sending approved campaign emails. Users can revoke Google access at any time from their Google Account security settings.
Limits and safety
Email Pilot applies conservative per-mailbox rate controls, including a first-release limit of 15 messages per mailbox per rolling 24 hours. The service may pause or block activity that appears unsafe, abusive, or non-compliant.
