Email Pilot Terms of Service
Last updated: July 8, 2026
These Terms of Service govern use of Email Pilot, a workspace for controlled SMTP outreach.
Acceptable use
Users must use Email Pilot only for lawful, permission-based outreach. The service may not be used for spam, phishing, deceptive content, malware, credential collection, harassment, or any activity that violates recipient-consent requirements, applicable law, or provider policies.
User responsibility
- Users are responsible for campaign content and recipient lists.
- Users must have a lawful basis to contact recipients.
- Users must honor opt-out, suppression, and compliance requirements.
- Users must keep their SMTP profile access and workspace accounts secure.
SMTP and inbound handling
Email Pilot sends campaign mail through operator-configured SMTP profiles. Replies and delivery-status notifications are accepted only from a controlled signed forwarder; the service does not synchronize a personal mailbox.
Limits and safety
Email Pilot applies conservative per-mailbox rate controls, including a first-release limit of 15 messages per mailbox per rolling 24 hours. The service may pause or block activity that appears unsafe, abusive, or non-compliant.
