Email Pilot Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

Email Pilot is a controlled Gmail outreach workspace. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app collects, how it uses Google user data, and how users can control or revoke access.

Data we collect

Google user data and Gmail API use

Email Pilot requests the minimum Google OAuth scopes needed for the first release: openid, email, profile, and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send. The gmail.send scope is used only to send user-approved campaign emails from Gmail or Google Workspace mailboxes connected by the user.

Email Pilot does not use gmail.send to read inbox contents, modify existing mail, delete messages, access contacts, or monitor Gmail data. Inbound polling, warmup automation, communication automation, and Gmail read access are disabled for this first release.

How we use data

Sharing and retention

Email Pilot does not sell Google user data or campaign data. Data is shared only with service providers required to host, secure, and operate the app, or when required by law. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. Data is retained only as long as needed to provide the service, meet security obligations, and satisfy legal or operational requirements.

User control

Users can revoke Google access at any time from their Google Account security settings. Users can also contact Email Pilot to request data deletion or access changes.
